At FYMJewelryDesign, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
